Lana Woolf, Co-founder + Co-Director  Lana straddles management, strategist and practitioner roles, that are informed by 25 years experience working on women’s rights, disability, Indigenous and LGBTIQ+ inclusion and participation programs and projects.  She is keeping her practice skills up by leading the Participatory Action Research components within Edge Effect, and she oversees Edge Effect’s Linking, Learning and Leading programs including the 42Degrees Library and training. Lana is deeply passionate about participatory practices through the whole project cycle from co-design to co-delivery, with an emphasis on the inclusion, participation, belonging and leadership of crisis affected communities in humanitarian settings.
