Complaints and Whistleblower Policy

Edge Effect encourages people or organisations with grievances to contact us. All reports/complaints made in good faith will be addressed in accordance with the Complaints and Whistleblower Policy. It may assist you to read the policy before making a complaint. Complaints can be directed to complaints@edgeeffect.org or if you wish to make a confidential complaint please use this online form. Child Protection Policy

Edge Effect take a zero tolerance approach to child exploitation and abuse. Edge Effect also takes a right-based and strengths-based approach to its work with all people. Download the Child Protection Policy.

PSEAH Policy

Edge Effect take a zero tolerance approach to sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment (SEAH). Suspected instances of SEAH) should be reported as outlines in the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment Policy.

Anti-Fraud, Corruption and Bribery Policy

Edge Effect has a zero tolerance approach towards fraud, corruption and bribery. We encourage reports of suspected fraud, corruption and bribery involving Edge Effect activities in accordance with the Anti-Fraud, Corruption and Bribery Policy.
